Define and establish automation strategy and process 2. Ability to understand business requirements and system designs in order to select, develop and utilize automated testing. 3. Take ownership and responsibility for the quality of assigned project and maintain the standards of automation & manual testing artifacts . 1. Experience of Mobile / Web Application Testing, API Testing, Performance and Security Automated Testing. 2. Preparing Test Plans for Service Level Tests, Integration Tests and UI tests as needed 3. Identifying testing activities that are required, both functional and non- functional 4. Review designs with developers and architects in consideration of testability and supportability 5. Execute and maintain test cases on assigned projects 6. Maximize automation: question & challenge manual processes and look for automation alternatives 7. Good communication & working in a collaborative team environment 8. Contribute to periodic status reports on testing activities (daily, weekly, monthly) 9. Be part of an Agile team, participate in all Agile ceremonies & activities and be accountable for the sprint deliverable 10. Participate in Release/ Iteration planning, smoke, feature and regression test planning 11. Perform exploratory testing in areas potentially affected by the implementation of a feature 12. Ensuring the feature team adhere to test strategy and quality gates SKILLS: 1. Strong analytical skills in identifying testing scenario's for both functional and non- functional testing 2. Proven experience developing automated test systems and scripts beyond record and playback. Specifically developing functions, adding control flow logic, loops etc 3. Experience of various tools & frameworks : Selenium, Postman, SOAPUI, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, JUnit, Java with Agile Framework (TDD, ADD or BDD), Specflow , Cucumber, JMeter, Appium, 4. Experience of programming in the following languages; C#, Java/ .Net, Java EE frameworks. 5. Excellent understanding of object oriented design principles 6. Experience of source control systems and configuration management 7. Experience using SQL with regard to writing and understanding queries, procedures and performance tuning 8. Collaborate with the Global team to maximize efficient use of the CI and SDLC tools: JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins. Qualifications : Bachelor's / Master s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / IT ISTQB or equivalent certifications would be a plus.
