Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, or Python).
Experience with computer architecture, accelerator architecture design, power and/or performance analysis

Responsibilities
Collaborate with ML model developers, researchers, and Edge TPU hardware/software teams to accelerate the transition from research ideas to exceptional user experiences running on the Edge TPU.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to build tools for large-scale AutoML.
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure modules needed for automating customization and training of neural networks. Write modular and efficient ML training pipelines.
Work collaboratively with researchers and application developers to customize neural network architectures. Collect performance/power data on the given hardware platform.
Develop and implement efficient algorithms for searching the space of neural network architectures for a given task and hardware configuration.
