As a Marketing Associate with expertise in Performance Marketing and CRM tools such as CleverTap and MoEngage, you will play a crucial role in driving and optimising marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your knowledge of performance marketing strategies and CRM tools to execute data-driven campaigns, analyse results, and provide insights to enhance marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and product, to achieve business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Utilise CleverTap and MoEngage (or similar CRM tools) to segment customer data, create personalised campaigns, and automate customer journeys.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximising ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimisation and enhancement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing content, including emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans, leveraging insights from CRM data and performance marketing trends.

- Proven experience (2-3 Years) in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising role.
- Hands on experience on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads manger etc
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
