Call Center Executive who should have clear understanding of English/Telugu/Hindi
The Agent will get required to take incoming calls coming in from patients of a hospital, book their appointments, help them with the information about any doctor and its schedule and empathetically talk to him/her
- To respond to all incoming calls within a specified TAT.
- Satisfactorily respond and give answers to the people calling in.
- Book appointments of the doctors on the portal.
- Call back to the patients in case of rescheduling of appointments.
- Give exact information about the various facilities in the hospital.
- Help patients understand the working of the hospital
This job may require candidate to work on a Roaster as the Hospital works 24/7. Shifts will be fixed on a rotational basis to cover all days and all hours.

Qualification s and Skills
- Must know English/Telugu/Hindi language very well
- Should have basic knowledge of Compu ters
- Previous working in Call Center will be an advantage Salary: 11,000.00to 15,000.00 CTC per month
Experience: Call Center: Iyear (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Workdays per week: 6 days (Rotationa l week oft)
Expected Start Date: 1/2/2022
