Job Description:
IT Salesforce Developer

The IT Salesforce Developer will complement the IT team in the Bengaluru, Karnataka, India offices. Our company is a leader in its field and one of the most positive cultures around the area. This position will have exposure to the entire organization and will support all of our US based and some global offices. We are looking for great personalities and excellent communicators who are able to understand the daily support issues.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and document the business processes within our organization
Designing, coding, and implementing CRM workflows in Salesforce
Implementing new business functionality to streamline the process
Familiarity with APEX, VS Code (in relation to SalesForce.com development), and Lightning web components
Provide custom solutions for specific business requirements
Testing the stability and functionality of the application
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs within the application
Writing documentation and providing technical training for the Salesforce staff
Creating timelines and development goals
Survey and edit applications as needed
Implement web solutions and best practices

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not mandatory

A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience as a programmer, developer, or web engineer

A minimum of two years of experience as a CRM system administrator

Salesforce.com development or administration a plus

Knowledge of web coding including HTML and CSS

Analytical skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to solve problem sets

Familiarity with Big Data

Ability to multitask

Ability to liaison with non-programmers

Ability to refine a loose set of requirements into a plan of action

Comfortable of implementing and protecting best practices with tact
