Technical Product Manager

What will you do:

• Work with key stakeholders within Product Operations to develop focus areas, identifying what is important and translating this into a marketing message
• Work with the a cross functional team of product implementation specialists, designers, programmers to execute  product roadmap initiatives
• Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities while monitoring sprint including tracking team velocity.
• Leverage team members and resources to execute a product roadmap as quickly as possible; iterating on timelines that make sense.
• Lead by example and empower others to be effective, process-driven, accountable, and autonomous.
• Execute and support improvement of Agile processes.
• Foster a safe environment for your team where transparency and candid communication is encouraged.
• Support QA processes to ensure the product meets goals and quality standards.
• Liaise with external third party payment providers to support integrations and troubleshooting.

**Who we are looking for: **

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Good communication skills,
• Experience of Product Management at a senior level, knowledge of real money gaming products being a bonus
• Experience building product visions and converting those into a deliverable product strategy
• Possess a solid understanding of commercial needs and how the vision ties in to our strategic ambitions
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to build key relationships within the business
• Experience working alongside Product Delivery, ensuring features and initiatives are delivered to business expectations
