Job Description

Responsibilities:

• One who has created highly scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that address.
• customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of best practices.
• Work with Product Management and other business stakeholders to help shape the product.
• Aware of backend performance metrics.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finish. (End-to-end ownership).
• Mentor/Manage a team of SE/SSEs.
• Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Define the charter and best practices for the backend team.
• Manage sprint and release cycles.
• Being a small team, you'll participate in the full spectrum from conceptualizing the product to development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, and Estimations/Planning.
• Proficiency with fundamental backend skills such as system design, OOPs concept, and distributed computing.
• Good understanding of DB and Cache technologies (We use MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Golang and one message broker (we use Kafka) is a plus.
• Self-starter and willing to take ownership in assigned areas.
• Be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ready to take up a challenge and innovate on behalf of the users.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
