Job Description
GBL is looking for a motivated and passionate Lead Performance Marketing Manager who can help manage and direct the performance of our Top Games. Create and implement a performance marketing strategy to drive new player acquisition & reinstall for our games. Oversee campaign management and develop robust performance reporting framework to continually optimise and improve marketing investments. (including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPI, ROI, and incrementality)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Multi Million performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximise game's growth and profitability
- Demonstrate macro level thinking to understand ever changing UA landscape and adopt accordingly
- Make resource allocation (budget, tool development, creative development) decisions for UA to meet business objectives
- Influence broader business decisions to help achieve game and UA team goals
- Guide and Mentor a team of analyst and PMM
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition/ performance marketing.
- Outstanding creative & analytical problem solving acumen
- Deep understanding of our data architecture and metrics, and be able to communicate effectively with data teams
- Expert of UA discipline and has a pulse on the evolving UA landscape
- Strong ability to influence others with strong opinions on critical decisions and best practices
- Extremely important to be a Self Starter, Driven person who loves solving problems.
