We are looking for UX Lead with outstanding design, research and strategy skills who can create solutions that simplifies user s journey on mobile, web and desktop. You will need to be delivery focused, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be providing mentorship and support to the team across a full spectrum of experience levels and client communications.
Responsibilities : Expert in Lead Qualification, Prospecting, Lead Conversion, Solution, Closure Sales (End to End Sales Process). Have hands - on experience in cold calling, lead qualification and management. Lead generation activities in India and Overseas market. Follow up on incoming leads. Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close the deals. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts. Work closely with our Business Head to develop lead generation strategies to generate current and prospective opportunities with clients. Submit monthly sales forecasts and pipelines. Generate & exceed Revenue targets, number of calls per day, number of appointments per week/month/quarter. Day - to - day duties on generating leads. Developing quotes and proposals. Pitching products and/or services. Create presentations and proposals. Maintaining client relationships with existing customers.
Requirements : 5 - 8 years of full time corporate sales experience (IT Consulting). Must be target oriented and aggressive in business development, with out of the box thinking. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Independent thought and action. Ability to decide and prioritise. Self - motivated, confident, and have positive attitude.
