- Handling a team of FOS and generating business through channel partner.
- Driving business through assigned Canara Bank Branches in the Circle
- Responsible for targets allocated to Bank Branches
- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
- Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
- Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries.

- Maintaining the desired Productivity as laid down by the company
- Branch Acitivisation
- Ensuring a healthy product mix and achieve the overall goal sheet parameters

- Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches
- Should be able to deliver under pressure situations. High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target
Required qualifications and experience :
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience: 5-9 years of Experience in Insurance Industry.
