# Creating a team of min.10 to max. 20 Recruiters.
# Identify the weak area of recruiters and plan training calendar accordingly.
# Achieving direct and team target of joining with clients.
# Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment.
# Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion.
# Client co-ordination and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
# Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring.
# Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
# Ensure no. of internal team size is maintained as per approved budget.
