Roles and Responsibilities
# Manage end to end employee life cycle of company
# Hire for internal position, ensure that sanctioned strength of company is filled at all branches and divisions.
# Formulate the strategy to map the competition and attract best talent.
# Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment and create multiple pipeline to source from.
# Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention.
# Induction and identify training needs of employees.
# Performance management and create growth path of employee.
# Manage R&R and employee engagement activities.
# Maintaining all MIS and keeping the same updated.
Desired Candidate Profile
# Strong and in-depth experience in recruitment as the role involve 75% recruitment.
# Very good in training with excellent communication skill and fluency in English
# Must be highly skilled and equipped with modern technology of recruitment.
# Working on any ATS / RMS will have an edge.
# Generalist can apply but the expertise in recruitment is essential, this is not an operation role.
# Candidates from West Delhi or willing to relocate to West Delhi only pl. apply.
