Roles and Responsibilities
# Manage end to end employee recruitment life cycle.
# Recruit as per requisition using modern recruitment methods and technology.
# Offer negotiation, ensure timely joining of candiates
# MIS Management.
# Co-ordination with all stake holders / Business.
Desired Candidate Profile
# Excellent knowledge of Formula, VBA, V-Look Up, H-Look Up in excel.
# Fine communication skill.
# Good writing skill.
# Stable profile.
Note: The role will be Off Role initially
