We are looking for a recruiter in Bangalore who can lead our hiring activities for our offices in USA and Europe.
The candidates you will be hiring will be for sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
You would own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, scheduling and closing.
You must have prior demonstrable experience in hiring for USA and European teams and you must have hired for sales/marketing teams. R&D experience is optional.
International Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. The roles include sales, marketing, product, and engineering (devOps, backend, security).
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
You would own sourcing from social media, local job portals, university outreach, etc.
Write and post job descriptions on ATS. Post jobs on local portals. Source candidates.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants? abilities based on questions provided by hiring managers
Schedule interview with hiring manager and team members
Negotiate comp with candidates
Keep candidates engaged from job offer to onboarding
Onboard new hires and assimilate into the team
Proven work experience as a recruiter for USA or Europe locations (must-have)
Proven work experience as recruiter for sales and marketing (must-have)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, Boolean search, linkedin)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
