- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related questions and issues.
- Manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the campaign are executed flawlessly and on time.
- Work closely with the content team to develop creative concepts and ensure that campaigns are aligned to belief in the power of awesome content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, making recommendations for optimization and improvement as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and upsell existing clients on additional services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the D2C space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, with a focus on content marketing.
