Job Description
Initially an individual contributor. Should be capable of building a team when required.
Major Responsibilities:
- Customer acquisitions through paid marketing initiatives on major search engines, social media, display networks and video platforms through proper strategising, testing, analysis and optimisation, with a focus on ROI.
- Manage paid campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue in all major platforms including Google ads, Facebook ads and Instagram ads
- Identifying trends and insights and putting insights into actions to optimise the campaigns
- Manage entire performance marketing including campaign strategy, execution, budget management and performance reporting
- Run the day to day performance marketing campaigns and operations and spearhead traffic and new customer order projections
- SEM, Display and Social Media Ads:
- Review and optimisation of campaigns, keywords, audiences, impressions, shares, ad copy, ad creative, quality score, and other relevant metrics
- Keyword research and management to optimise bids at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels and , add PPC keywords and negative keywords
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Run effective retargeting campaigns
- Write engaging and concise copy with help of Content Team to to achieve optimal click-through-rates
- Design proper landing pages with help of technical team to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Manage daily performance reports and share insights with the team to improvise
- Conduct regular audits of conversion rate optimization, A/B tests, and feedback sharing to improve conversion across digital channels and assets.
- Report on weekly and monthly performance, targets and trend data and key insights
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to build the right frameworks that can drive acquisition efforts by micro cohorts and user segments
- Coordinate with Tech and Product Team to drive conversion optimisation
- Stay on top of performance marketing (search engine and PPC) industry trends
- Test new channels to continue to meet and exceed established metrics.
- Build and lead a Performance Marketing Team

Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of digital marketing with strong analytical skills and data-driven critical thinking problem solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working alone and/or with a team
- Highly organized with strong time management and planning skills
- Must have a proactive attitude, a growth mindset and be open to change
- 2-3 years of working experience in Performance Marketing preferably at a D2C company or Digital marketing agency
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills especially written language skills
- Hand on experience in analytics and real-time insight tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Trends, Mixpanel etc
- Functional experience with all channels of Social Media and SEM
- Good understanding of tracking conversions - Pixel, GTM

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
