Business Development Manager

CASEY GALAXY INDIA PVT LTD. A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest.

Responsibilities:

1. Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.

2. Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction

3. Look after the entire business growth of the exclusive distributor and business associate.

4. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements:

1. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

4. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

5. Excellent organizational skills.

 - On job training-4 months where salary shall be 30000/-with monthly business target achievement.
