What you’ll be doing
·Collaborating with teammates to create efficiencies with state and local agency submission and follow up
·Communicating with state agencies on behalf of a wide variety of clients and projects
·Gathering, collating, interpreting, and following up on project data with clients
·Managing multiple projects and clients concurrently
·Work with a dynamic prioritization list based on client needs, agency responses, and new project workflow
·Identifying, and managing risk in a thoughtful, wise, and logical manner
·Evaluating and assessing the programs strengths and weakness in this constantly evolving environment
·Quickly grasping new technologies and learning a new business
What your background looks like:
·Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items.
·Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment.
·Experience managing transformative initiatives
·Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings a plus
·Knowledge of tax laws around reporting in different states
·Experience in payroll tax filing issues and resolution
·Experience in registering, filing, resolution for payroll tax accounts across multiple states
·Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
·Skilled at working independently with the ability to apply creative and innovative solutions to opportunities
·Experience dealing with dated material and/or strict adherence to deadlines
