The Associate Director, Programmatic position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented person who will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic development and execution of the company customer campaigns across Display, Mobile, Native, and Video channels using Display Base, their programmatic solution. The ideal candidate will assist with proposal development, bidding, optimization and planning activities for complex or large spend campaigns, and is responsible for working closely with the Global Sales teams to win and negotiate pricing on large ad spend deals globally with their customers.
The ideal candidate will generate strategic insights while driving learning across the full suite of the customers activities. The Associate Director, Programmatic, serves as the main contact point for all customers & internal teams and will work in close partnership with Customers, Customer Success Team, Global Sales, Media Partners, Strategy & Reporting teams.
While providing senior-level thought leadership on audience strategies and campaign optimization, the Associate Director, Programmatic builds strong relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with Sales, Partners and the Customer Success teams alike. The ideal candidate assists all campaign activity and deliverables for the customers, and facilitates the training and development of the team, as well as determines each team members assignments and bandwidth, distributing work as needed.
