We are seeking Senior Accounts Manager for our IT / Non-IT / Healthcare Staffing firm.
You will be responsible for managing US based clients, helping the recruiters with their searches and managing the process for selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.
Within the first 2 months, lead at least 4 primary client account relationships and provide support across recruitment team
Participate in and/or lead recurring meetings with clients
Partner to design and implement workflows for our recruiters
Lead client trainings and create materials for client trainings
As job training progresses, grow responsibilities to fully own several client partnerships
Work to retain, improve, and expand recruitment efforts over time
Lead key data deliverables for IT and Non-IT accounts
Forecast the growth/budget of new and existing programs
Create meaningful, actionable reports on patient insights for client partnerships
Own recurring reports to monitor program health and identify opportunity for improvement
Within the first 6 months, assist marketing and sales teams with ad-hoc projects to gain cross-functional experience with these teams
