Regional Channel Sales Manager (East)

Looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our Channel sales team.
The position is responsible for end to end super stockiest management and engagement through regular promotional and trade activities, increasing brand image and visibility amongst customers, business predictability, increasing reach in the trade market, outperforming competition and getting a better hold on secondary business

What You Will Do
Develop, manage, and expand the distribution network in his assigned area for increased revenues by evaluating and monitoring performance of the Super-stockist and sub-stockists.
Achieve revenue targets for assigned super-Stockists through continuous engagement with them to drive increased sales of Essity products and expansion of their dealer network by identifying and appointing new sub-dealers
Assess the secondary sales performance of the super-stockists, provide training and support to them to meet revenue and profitability targets; identify gaps and prepare mitigation plans and look out for new SS in case of replacement or addition.
Implement sales promotion activities as part of revenue achievement, brand building and market development. Occasional visits to these sub-dealers to get insights and feedback and ensure engagement may be important.
Provide market feedback and suggestions for designing of schemes and the response to such schemes and programs. Provide information on Market / competitor intelligence to marketing.
Analyze data for increased reach and predictability of business and contribute to the profitability by pushing products with high GP and having a healthy product mix
Periodic reviews and audits of the channel partner operations to ensure highest standard of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Supervise the team on their day to day activities like coverage and adherence to contact plans and reporting in CRM to ensure execution of strategy
Plan and organize the execution of the trade strategy and marketing programs and schemes through the sales team
Recruit, train, coach and develop the team to support them in meeting their sales target. Performance management including goal setting, feedback, reviews, etc, is a major part of the job.
Forecasting and Inventory management to ensure adequate inventory as per norms, manage SLOB, eliminate expiries, etc.
Manage and monitor all processes regarding claim management, AR management, Bank Guarantee, pricing management
Facilitate regular audits and claim settlements to ensure compliance and financial hygiene
Responsible for Distributor/ Super-stockist receivable collection; manage Account Receivables
Administrative role will also include MIS management, Ad hoc report generation, verification of data etc..
