About this opportunity

We are now looking for a IT System Specialist – Window OS, who will be responsible for analyzing, creating and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers! In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals. The role considers also analyzing, preparing, implementing and testing configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system.

Your scope of work could include the scenarios of crafting and developing the connectivity and IT infrastructure, writing test cases, installation, configuration, deployment of the solution. Your role will be about a continuous contribution to the delivery process enhancement.

What you will do

Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Responsible for making the computing systems work efficiently
Make architectural and operational recommendations
Windows OS updates, patching and security remediation
Great teammate with good communication skills and experience dealing with end users in a support and migration context

You will bring

6+ years of rich experience in Compute Infrastructure
2-4 years of experience in Window Administration
2-4 years of experience in VMWare Administration
2-4 years of Storage management
Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/MCA
Good technical knowledge on MS Operating System
Authoritative knowledge and experience in Window Operating system
Installing and maintaining operating environments
Awareness of Storage
Patching and Vulnerability management
Knowledge of Networking concept
Knowledge of AD/DNS
Good to have knowledge of Scripting language (PowerShell/Python)
Knowledge of IPC processes
