Roles and Responsibilities:
We're hiring a Business Development Executive/Online Bidder to grow our business in the online
marketplace channels like Upwork, freelancer.com, Guru, and PPH. If you are good at understanding
what are customer requirements, and how can we solve them with our services.
Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals like Upwork, freelance, and
managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels.
Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
Must be proficient in writing Proposals / Costing/ Negotiations/preparing project schedules, reviewing
and checking procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients.
Should preferably know about Web Development Company.
Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their
Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
Excellent communication in English, having the experience to deal with foreign clients.
A communication link between the development team and clients.
Should have Knowledge of how to generate leads.
Should be flexible for replying foreign clients in night time also
Salary: - 25000 to 35000 per month + incentives (based on sale)
Preferred: - PG, MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, Marketing.
1 to 5 years in online bidding
Have experience in bidding and generating projects using online portals like Upwork.
