Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategy and Planning :
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Setting short-term and long-term goals and objectives
- Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve goals and objectives
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Regularly reviewing and refining plans and strategies based on performance and changing market conditions
2. Financial Management :
- Profit Centre Management
- Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Analysing financial data and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth

- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

- Identifying and assessing risks to the business unit or department
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
