Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategy and Planning :

- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

- Setting short-term and long-term goals and objectives

- Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve goals and objectives

- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

- Regularly reviewing and refining plans and strategies based on performance and changing market conditions

2. Financial Management :

- Profit Centre Management

- Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts

- Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met

- Analysing financial data and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth

- Developing and implementing financial policies and proceduresTeam Management:

- Recruiting, hiring, and training employees

- Setting performance expectations and goals

- Providing regular feedback and coaching to employees

- Conducting performance evaluations and making employment decisions

- Fostering a positive and productive work environment

3. Operations Management :

- Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

- Monitoring and analysing operational data to identify areas for improvement

- Ensuring a safe and secure work environment

4. Business Development :

- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

- Analysing and responding to market trends and competition

- Developing and launching new products and services

5. Risk Management :

- Identifying and assessing risks to the business unit or department

- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies

- Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards

- Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

- Responding to crises or emergencies

They must be able to make data-driven decisions based on financial analysis and ensure that the department or unit operates within financial constraints.

Experience :

- Minimum of 12 Plus years of experience in Profit center management sales, Sales and Marketing, Business development preferably in a B2C environment
