- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Plan and execute content and social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and other stakeholders
- Align, communicate, and govern content creation and content improvement strategy with all internal partners including product teams, ecommerce team, marketing team
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Create scalable frameworks for managing community content and social media.
