Who you are
You have deep domain expertise and a passion for the field of Compensation. You have an appreciation for how organizations can use compensation and people analytics to build successful and sustainable pay strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. Your experience may be with medium to large-sized organizations with mature compensation processes, or it could be with a scaling company building out a compensation structure. The most important attribute will be your ability to support the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of critical compensation processes including, market data benchmarking, job architecture, job leveling and salary ranges. You are comfortable working with large and confidential datasets; having some experience implementing or administering equity and sales incentive plans will be a great asset.
What the role is
This position will play a vital role in building Drizly’s long-term strategic compensation structure. Drizly has scaled and matured significantly in recent years, evolving from a successful start-up to an industry leader, and we are now at a critical juncture in our growth journey. Drizly has a strong need to evolve and refine our Compensation and People Analytics processes as we continue to grow, ensuring we remain competitive in our hiring and retention efforts, and maintain our position as an employer of choice and a Great Place to Work. This person will be key to implementing that vision and meeting these objectives; they will help refine Drizly’s existing compensation structures, develop new processes and play a crucial role in facilitating the future success of the business.
You will have the opportunity to own core aspects of Drizly’s people processes, including job evaluations, market data matching, survey participation, year-end planning and execution, etc. You’ll build out new reporting tools and dashboards and continuously identify process and design improvements and implement changes as needed. This role will also have ownership of HRIS reporting, conducting data audits, improving data quality, and streamlining our reporting capabilities.
In this role you will:
Add to your 4-5 years experience in a Compensation focused role.
Continue to enhance your already strong process and project-management skills, prioritizing deadlines and problem-solving as needed, to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (required); a Compensation certification (SHRM, CCP designation) would be a plus
Demonstrate your proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and other BI/data viz softwares, such as Tableau and PowerBI.
Develop your experience in conducting job analysis and evaluations to ensure accurate benchmarking
Show your passion for developing compensation and people analytics from multiple data sources, interpreting and analyzing trends to develop meaningful stories and recommendations,
Show how you can take complex data and communicate it in a clear, logical and thoughtful manner.

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $102,500 per year – $120,600 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
