• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. social, search, email, display, and mobile) with a focus on ROI and customer engagement.
• Lead the development and optimization of digital customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor, analyze and optimize digital marketing performance and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are successful.
• Identify and develop initiatives to generate more sales and leads online.
• Produce creative content (videos, visuals, etc.) for digital marketing platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, industry trends, and technologies and use these to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
• Create comprehensive reports to measure progress against goals and objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of mobile marketing platforms and tools
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO and ASO
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on campaign performance
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Experience in mobile games industry or a B2C tech company
• Experience with A/B testing and user experience optimization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and other design software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
