He/She will be working on global on-boarding and employee data administration activities and will be responsible for maintaining data accurately in Oracle Cloud HCM tool. He/She will also be involved in various UAT activities in which the HR Shared Services Team participate.
You are responsible for
Providing support for global onboarding process utilizing internal and external systems, as well as interacting directly via phone/e-mail/Messenger with managers and employees around the world
Work on transactions / tickets initiated via Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Learn
Work on data administration activities of employees / contingent workers
Proactively formulate, recommend and implement improvements to new and existing HR Applications, Reports, Business processes, etc
Collaborate with various teams in HR, IT to troubleshoot and resolve an issues identified in HR Systems / data
Participate in testing activities in support of new system functionality, process/procedure changes, or other changes as defined by Global HR Technology Team
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; Masters in Business Administration (preferred)
Should have minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably in HR related activities
Should have excellent communications skills, clear thought process, decent analytical skills, ability to work in a collaborative manner
Having knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, macros preferred
Prior experience of working on Cloud Applications, ATS is preferable
