Standards. With over More than 40 years of experience in the geosynthetics industry,
Company have built over More than 20,000 ponds globally.
Company is provide end-to-end solutions for their customer’s needs, ranging from
consultation and product, to installation and after sales service.
MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Ø Coordination and Intertaction with all departments to Prepare Business plan
Ø Preparation of raw material variance/Recovery variance reports and its feedback to the plant team.
Ø Conduct Cost Meeting every month to communicate the cost numbers, provide feedback & suggest corrective measures.
Ø Preparation of Cost report by 10th of the month and communication of the same to Business head/Controllers/Plant head
Ø Product Costing with in 24 hrs of feed back
2. Inventory Management
Ø Monthly review of non-moving &slow moving inventory and their proper adjustment in the books.
Ø Conduct physical verification of metal inventory twice in a financial year.
3 Accounts & Finance
Ø Preparation of monthly P&L statement, cash flow,
Ø Accounts are accurately maintained
Ø Adherence to the standard Accounting practices confirming to guidelines& latest Accounting Standards
4. Statutory Compliance & Safety
Ø Verification of the Returns
Ø Timely submission of the Returns
Ø Update the concerned persons for any changes in the Statutory rules
Ø Adherance to safety schedule
5. MIS Reporting
Ø Sales Variance analysis to give an idea of Volume variance and Mix Variance by 5 th for following Month.
Ø Profit projections to achieve the required volume to Mgtwith in 1 hr from the time of requirement.
Ø Monthly performance report toMgt( P& B Vs Actual)
6. ASSET MANAGEMENT :
Ø Maintenance of Books and Records.
