Should be able to close the position in the given timeline.
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions.
Qualify or rejects candidates based on the interview feedback or resume reviews.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
Interview candidates by combining various methods (e. g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Should be able to communicate in fluent English with excellent written skills.
Should have basic knowledge of IT technologies and able to work under pressure.
Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates.
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e. g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
