Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Manager and other SAFe members, to ensure the right granularity of requirements specification on an epic/story level
• Create, groom, and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. Participates in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories.
• Exposure to Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements Agile S4J [email protected] etc.
• Functional Design: Own and manage requirement-related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post-implementation support
• Identify, quantify, plan, and control all business design and analysis-related activity on change projects
• End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional. Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories while Working closely with various stakeholders
• Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentation that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
• Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge; working closely with the Product Manager
• PerformImpactanalysis, both business and technical, working closely with architects and solution designers
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing & UserTraining(if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos. You will also be a key actor in writing & conducting a test cases
• Proactively Identify risks/issues that might affect the program's overall health
• Excellent senior stakeholder management experience while working on multiple priorities of different maturities at the same time
• Technical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysis Has the ability to investigate, analyze, visualize, articulate, and solve

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business Management.
• Expertise in conceptual modeling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in agile teams
• Clear ability to provide concise, precise, and managerial answers to a wide array of business-related topics.
• Big Data Analysis skills, PythonorScalais beneficial
• Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, . ) and tools (Jira, S4JorConfluence)
• Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance
• Hands-on knowledge databases and PL SQLExposure to Python will be a plus
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience with the ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrixed organization
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications with advanced Excel knowledge with ability to analyse huge data sets
• Flexibility for moving between different requirements in a timely manner
• Excellent understanding ofInvestmentBankingdomain and variety of financial products
• Excellent technical understanding. Exposure to Hadoop/Big Data will be a big plus
