Stakeholder Management- Agents/Advisors/Brokers, Underwriting Team, Manager
Role Objective :
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Accountable for handling the health retail product.
- Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Managing Team - Training , Development and harnessing abilities of the team to generate business
- Conduct timely meeting with team and communicate performance .
