Customer care for Indent and local sales
Customer creation, sales order processing, Order on hand review, billing prioritisation, customer payment recovery in coordination sales team, collaboration with logistics team
Sales scorecards and receivables dashboards
Support marketing and channel partners to drive customer satisfaction and growth

Mission

Experience requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in successfully handling customer administration for industrial product marketing organisation

Knowledge and educational requirement

Knowledge of business process system preferably SAP and Cloud based Sales tools

Sound communication skills with proficiency in English language
