We are now looking for a senior leader to join us as a Director to help meet the strong demand for our services and to further grow our practice.What will your typical day look like?As a Director within our Strategy and Business Design team you will play an active role in leading and coaching talented project teams, working on some of our client’s most complex and pressing issues. You will be working with client executives across a wide range of interesting organisations as a trusted advisor to address their challenges and bring innovative solutions to their most difficult strategic issues. Working collaboratively is a core value practiced every day. You will be responsible for managing engagements, providing our clients with the insights and solutions they need to grow, improve performance, and create sustainable competitive advantage. You will help clients take advantage of the many opportunities to be digitally enabled and impactful on the local and world stage. As well as guiding your team on the day to day delivery of outcomes for clients, you will also contribute to the commercial success of our practice by developing deep client relationships, identifying opportunities to make a difference, and selling client work.We are a fun, caring and inclusive team who value people’s individual aspirations and connection to our purpose – to make an impact that matters.About the team:We are a rapidly growing team based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
