Our Commercial Advisory work supports public and private sector organisations throughout the entire lifecycle of infrastructure and service delivery projects. Our modelling team supports clients to develop the financial analysis tools that support strategic decision making, through to project delivery including the provision of commercial, financial and transaction advisory services, infrastructure development, commissioning and contestability, economics and business case development.
