Caution against fraudulent job offers!
We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.
We consider candidates on merit and that we provide an equal opportunity to eligible applicants.
No one other than designated Deloitte personnel (e.g., a Deloitte recruiter or Deloitte hiring partner) is permitted to extend any job offer from Deloitte.

Location: Hyderabad, India
Shift timing: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST
Qualification: Any post-graduate
Overall relevant experience: 2 - 3 years

Ethics & Compliance (E&C)
The Ethics & Compliance Group manages and monitors certain fundamental compliance requirements such as personal independence, CPA licensing, CPE, and mandatory training. The group is also responsible for policy development, training, and compliance monitoring for anti-corruption and political activity programs. As members of the Ethics & Compliance Group, the Compliance HelpDesk assists professionals with the completion of certain mandatory compliance activities and understanding their individual requirements, helping to ensure the organization remains unbiased and free from conflicts-of-interest, in fact and appearance, when providing service to attest/audit clients.
Work you will do:
As a member of the Compliance Monitoring team, you will be performing the following type of work:
Perform daily monitoring and weekly compliance tracking for both US and USI professionals of several mandatory compliance requirements
Follow up with non-compliant professionals and escalate issues as appropriate
Research, respond and resolve Compliance HelpDesk inquiries assigned to the Compliance Monitoring team
Use a strategic mindset to compile the facts and circumstances regarding compliance inquiries by analyzing and comparing data in several systems and various reports
Collaborate with internal Risk & Brand Protection stakeholders as needed
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on time management, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with technology tools; strong typing and organizational skills
Self-directed, adaptable to change, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to comfortably and confidently communicate virtually with the team(s) in the US
Self-starter, with the ability to stay focused to self-manage assigned project goals and meet deadlines
Aptitude to think critically, outside the box and strong research-based decision-making skills
Ability to present ideas and business recommendations for the continuous improvement of processes
Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods
Two years experience in customer support care and/or business analysis preferred
Project management skills
