What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication. You will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with Dell’s products and services.
Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests; builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products, services.
Stay abreast of current industry trends and how Dell’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries. Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met and makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
Work persistently to gain new accounts and/or identify opportunities in account territory.
Be responsible for a high number of less sophisticated accounts or a fewer number in more sophisticated accounts.
Occasional involvement in outside sales with advanced Inside Sales support.
Builds account relationships with smaller customers typically across multiple industries.

4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Bachelors degree or higher.
Willingness to work in ANZ work hours
Knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
