Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative at DFW Junk Removal, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in our junk removal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential residential and commercial customers who require junk removal services through online platforms, local directories, and networking.
- Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via phone calls and emails, to introduce our junk removal services, understand their specific needs, and schedule appointments.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations, showcasing our eco-friendly approach and explaining the benefits of choosing DFW Junk Removal.
- Pipeline Management: Keep a well-organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system to track progress, follow up on leads, and schedule service appointments.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property managers, real estate agents, and businesses to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about local real estate trends, construction projects, and community events that could lead to junk removal opportunities.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the waste removal or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
