Job Description
Role:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled;
- Reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Should have good relationships with placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical / industry community and marketplace.

- Track and report on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements; contribute to an engaging and upbeat working environment.
The Ideal One:
- 4-5 years experience in technical recruitment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with Applicant tracking systems and Job portals
- Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews * Excellent skills for sourcing through various job boards
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
