Recruitment Consultant - Non IT Hiring

Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting, and hiring job candidates for their open positions.
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with multinational firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners
- Independently manage your set of clients and proactively engage with them for their recruitment needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and joining
- Source high-caliber candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals, etc.
- Generate market contact database by performing market research through various channels
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies based on clients' needs
The Successful Candidate:
We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:
- Minimum 6+ years of strong experience in a recruitment firm
- Should have a bachelor's and an MBA/Post graduate degree with prior work experience in a client-facing role
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have strong commercial business acumen
