Job Description
Detailed Responsibilities:
- You will work as tech lead on ground-breaking journey of Insight which is bank’s credit risk monitoring and management system
- You will participate in software design sessions and consultations along with architecture and technology stack changes
- You will collaborate with business analysts, Scrum masters, product manager, release manager and Business-stakeholders
- You will take active part in requirement analysis, gathering, translation into epics and stories. You will also be managing the delivery of various ongoing projects
- You will absorb and gain significant domain and application expertise and with time, help seeking tech resources to gain decent domain expertise as well
- Person will be responsible for flawless deliveries of all Projects assigned to the team
- You will be responsible for end-to-end deliveries of projects and adhere to agile mode of delivery.

You will work with a team of 60+ developers/BAs/QA/scrum masters/ /Product Managers, who are spread across Pune, Zurich, London and US.

We are looking out for a hands-on tech lead having experience on C/C++/Database (Oracle or Sybase) and related technologies. The person having domain expertise on Counterparty Credit Risk and IB domain is preferred.
Person will assume role of tech lead, who could act as a technical expert responsible to deliveries of various projects.
- You should have minimum 12+ years of hands-on C/Database experience.
- You should have 5+ years of RDBMS (Oracle or Sybase) experience and proficient with JIRA tool
- Have 5+ Years of Business-Stakeholder interfacing experience
- Should have 6+ years of Investment Banking domain experience. Good to have Counterparty Credit Risk experience
- Experience of working in agile team and agile based delivery model
- Proven organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven understanding of design principles/patterns
- Ability to work independently, willingness to investigate and steer things forward autonomously. Genuine accountability for the end-to-end results
