Your field of responsibility
Join us as a Recruitment Systems Administrator to assist in delivering recruitment technology solutions for our experienced, campus and strategic recruitment teams. The system administrators are responsible for ensuring our existing tools are set up to deliver process efficiencies, and the right level of controls to eliminate operational risk. In addition, the systems administrators play a key role in identifying & implementing new recruitment solutions. This role provides support for system implementation or configuration changes related to changed processes and policies, enhanced capabilities, and reduction of operational risk. These projects range in size – small/medium/large. The team also provides support to end users to help resolve issues and cultivate adoption; and liaises with system providers and HRIT services for escalation of critical issues and required updates. You also act as a systems subject matter-expert to deliver ongoing training and feedback sessions, finding opportunities for improvement.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for an individual with:
University or applied university degree or equivalent educational background
At least 3 years hands-on recruitment technology implementation, project management and process improvement experience within a large, global organization; financial industry a plus
Sound knowledge of recruitment systems – ideally Taleo, Yello, and other cloud solutions
Demonstrating creative problem solving skills in order to use our systems to their highest advantage
Solution oriented individual with recruitment policy, process design and operational experience
Impactful and effective communication with a range of partners across HR, Technology and external vendors; including experience managing vendors to service level agreements
Outstanding organization and analytical skills
Proven experience collaborating with teams cross border
