· 0-3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting

· Understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, interviewing, and closing.

· Ability to find newer ways to source and close open positions across the US.

· Building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners across regions and teams

· Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Qualification: Any Graduate with good communication skills in English
