Job Description
Responsibilities:
Implement effective supply chain processes to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management, ensuring the availability of quality materials and goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement for Agro/Pharma/FMCG Industry
Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational enhancement.
Identify suppliers and maintain strong relationships to drive quality, cost savings, and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform supply chain strategies in the Agro/Pharma/FMCG
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations and achieving cost savings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
