Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Finance located in Noida. As AGM - Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, general ledger, and treasury management. You will also review and develop internal policies and procedures and provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CA/CMA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting
- Experience inIPO Listing, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Fund Raising and Banking Relations are must.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing financial models, analysing financial results, and identifying trends
- Proficient in financial management software and well-versed in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Proven analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management in the organization
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and work within deadlines
- Experience developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls preferred.
