Requirements
1. any graduate or post graduate (in or before 2021)
2. Below 27yrs age
3. Personal laptop with Internet/wifi connection
4. Good communication skills
Training: New candidates will join as a "Business Development Trainee" in "Applicant Training Program"
Training will be in 2 stages
Stage 1. Classroom Training Program (15 days)-on site
Stage 2. On the job training (30 days)
Post completion of 4 weeks the trainee will be assessed on various parameters during 4 weeks. Only qualifying trainees will become eligible to be offered as BDAs.
STIPEND (During training): INR 37,500 (stipend) fixed pay for entire training program (6 weeks) + INR 6000(allowance)+ incentives upto 10%
CTC (BDA - post qualification after training): INR 1000000 (7 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Direct Sales.
