Role: Sales Head
Company: Leading C2C marketplace in online real estate.
3 to 8 years of professional work experience across sales and strategy
Must have a team handling experience of 15+ member team
- Deliver Business Targets Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the interior business by closely monitoring and driving key business metrics - PnL, Conversions, Orders, Margins, input and output metrics etc.
- Conduct Extensive Market Research to analyze and assess market potential, track competitor activities and provide valuable inputs to fine-tune sales, marketing and expansion strategies.
- Consistent tracking of sales funnel and end to end ownership of Sales Targets for the function.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Utilizing a high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth in the next few years
