Director - Growth
What you will do :
- Drive growth and profitability of Acko's D2C health insurance business
- Partner with the digital / brand marketing and product teams to identify the right channels to drive growth, improve conversion and optimise CAC
- Work with stakeholders across pricing, risk, operations teams etc. to design and deliver innovative products
- Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
What we expect :
- A self-driven individual with 8 to 10 years of experience in driving growth of a category / product for a start-up / e-commerce company with P&L responsibility
- Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs
