Technical Support, IT Operations

Job Description

a. Support IT asset management lifecycle of India sites.
b. Monitors Adobe license procurement, updating of Adobe database/ portal. Addressing and liaising any queries related to it.
c. Asset IT Operations in maintaining IT Asset data on the asset tool such as updating either new, modification or updates from Coupa.
d. Act as focal for the above sites for any client audits that require asset details.
e. Prepare Asset report assigned to him
f. Coordinate with Fixed Asset team and validate entries on Fixed asset register
g. Monitor the helpdesk ticketing tool for GITAM, and prepare Global SCCM/Lezap/Cortex/Fire Eye unique count used as the team's reference for any reconciliation
h. gap analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives
