- Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling.
- Fixing up e-meeting and/or physical meetings with relevant audience in corporates.
- Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Addressing prospective client's queries or grievances about service offerings or the company.
- Ask questions to understand prospective client's requirements and close sales.
Minimum Qualification :
- Any Graduation (MBA would be an added advantage)
- Strong listening and speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and Basic Computer knowledge is a must.
- Good command over English language is a must.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
